Minetest is a Minecraft clone written in lua, it's so light it runs on my raspie4.
I was thinking of running a server over I2P, and in fact someone had succesfully done so before, but he left the I2P community after criticising the Java I2P devs.
Does anyone still have the info from his now defunct website?

> is it possible to increase the timeout on the server end?
I have had a look at the minetest.conf example and searched for "timeout" and got nothing to do with incoming client, I did see though that downloading content times out after 300000ms (5 minutes), which should not be a problem. I saw "curl_timeout" which is the maximum time an interactive request can take which defaults at 20s. In the comments it has a server list requests as the only example of what an interactive request is. I don't want to have anything to do with the server list for obvious reasons though.

> guess it's a matter of letting the i2pd router fully integrate over a couple of days?
Probably, I am usually able to connect after <1h however my router is often just up anyways so I don't really know.

Did your smartass not see that OP said it is written in lua. ~~Minetest~~ Luanti is written in C++ and games/mods for it are written in lua using its lua api.

AKTCUALLY Minetest is being renamed to Luanti by the developer because...well because. And the namechange predates OP's posts so you're both wrong and gay

Before this happened random person name Jamie Muller made direct threats to her out of nowhere and then played it of as if he has/had anything to do with it. Recently even made a new YouTube account with two new videos but now they are deleted along with his recent Discord server. He now made his wordpress blog private.

I am looking for a site that shows how my IP looks through I2P. Like "whatsmyip" in the surface web. If there isn't an eepsite for that, how can I see it?

All you need is a router that knows enough peers AKA a well integrated router (one that's been on the network for few hours or days works best).
Then go to https://ipleak.net

if you have port 4445 on https in proxy settings the website should resolve. You should get a new IP every-time you visit the site.

Riddle me this:
You consume it on a daily basis and is put into nearly all processed food,
It reduces your IQ and overall cognitive function,
It reduces your receptiveness to testosterone along with testosterone production,
It is healthy and necessary but in moderation,
I am not talking about sugar,
It causes Alzheimer's disease,
It is linked to the symptoms of almost every chronic illness,
It is heavily promoted as a healthier alternative to other similar products,
It is *****ing cheap.

If you said that it's linoliec acid, an omega-6 fatty acid (not to be confused with omega-3 fatty acids) you would be correct.
Look it up.

Basically, the closer you get to nutrient rich and raw foods the better your health will be. I think olive oil is actually good for you unlike other seed oils.
¨ No.553  >>554
>>551
well I don't think the raw part is necessarily correct... does raw meat not have bacteria and germs? And many vegetables for instance have oxalic acid (read into it before getting any kind of irrational fear), and cooking them can get rid of a lot of it. But you also want to cook them the proper way, because they can lose more or less nutrients depending on how you cook them. When you boil vegetables, some of their nutrients get lost in the water, so unless you want to make a soup or something (the other day I made a soup with kale), that is not a great option. The usually recommended options for vegetables seem to be steaming or sautéing them.
Currently the food that I eat raw is mostly fruit and salads I think, but admittedly I'd have to do more research on what is preferable to be eaten raw.

I might be on the less extreme version of the raw foods diet. I focus mostly on fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, dairy products like cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, and some meat (cooked). It probably matters more that I try to get good quality foods locally from farmer markets. Better tasting, for sure.

Heavily obfuscated backdoor code has been snuck into the xz utils library's git used by several Linux distros. The code affects sshd and allows a malicious user to inject code into the authentication process that allows remote access to the system.

xz versions 5.6.0 and 5.6.1 are affected. Fortunately, the code was caught about a month after being committed, so it's not likely that distributions have deployed it to production yet.

Run "xz --version" to see if your system is affected.

Pitty it got stopped, would have been interesting to se who the exploit would have been used on given it's only accessible by someone with the right private key (prob the dev of it) and took years to pull off. Now we may never know.

It is easy for me to say yes without any knowledge of what difficulties or illnesses you are dealing with but I will say that if you are struggling with depression your own mind will try to doom you to escape from its suffering. If it ever "clicks" for you, that your current state is it from now on and it's all downhill from here, that's what I mean. It's your brain trying to get you to turn it off and you shouldn't listen to it.

Instead, you need to dedicate every good moment you have to improve your health and situation, usually one step at a time and one problem at a time. Sleep, good food, removal of addictions, stable environment and income, etc.

"Everything" doesn't get better, you do.

(When I said depression I meant serious/chronic illness but it still applies.)

Definitively and objectively, no.
Not everything will be ok. Bad things will always happen in our world, sometimes bad things will happen to you or maybe someone you know. But that's not what matters, what matters is how you deal with it. Don't let it beat you down, stand up, stand strong, fight on! It will not always be easy but I know you can do it.

Now listen, I hate it when someone uses this reason for anything but this argument: Why try in life? Why not just give up?
Because we *****ing can, there are an infinite number of beings that were never born, there are trillions of beings born with no power to do anything aside living (ants) but we are special, we are unique, we are powerful if we take control of our lives. Death is the only thing we can know for sure will happen, I believe once it happens it's over...
blank.
So make the most of what you have as it will not last forever, do not bring death upon yourself, death will catch up to you when it is your time. Make the most of the time you have now.

isn't most hacking today really just great phishing pages/emails and social engineering? i don't read of many exploits actually being used unless it's a botnet or something.
¨ No.532
I gotta be honest.. I laughed at the post. After reading the comments I don't think anyone has dumped a db during production and then crack those hashs.
Gotta ask what is quicker... hashcat OCL or building python script to check each hash on some public md5 hash site.

Well I did both. ***** fish feet.

I still have hundreds of hashed DB. Billions of lines if anyone has a dedicated machine with new wordlist or rainbow tables.

Cant forget about infecting POS devices and website cart to skin that track1 track2 on large scale.

If you are being targeted individually chances are there will be phishing attempts but that is not all hacking is. Thats 1 or more tool or method in the social engineering part of it.

All types of hacks going on today. Go to hackerone and get paid.

AI is the greatest tool man has invented. It takes the knowledge of 1 man and replicates that knowledge to all others. These *****in people talking down about dont even know how to use that.
